The goods will not be delivered until the customer’s funds have been paid in full to At the Boutique.
As the customer, it is your responsibility to ensure the address details have been entered correctly at the point of checkout. We will confirm your order via email once you have checked out.
Please be aware, before you order, we do not accept returns on Sale items.
We will not be held responsible if you submit the correct address or postcode.
We usually send the invoice via email, So please check your spam box.
We do offer Free shipping to Mainland UK only. Outside Mainland UK there will be a charge.
Please note, for all high value orders £400 or more we may be required to add the costs of the delivery. We will email you prior to your order being shipped.
Orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. If you order before 3pm we will aim to send your order the same day. (subject to stock availability – see below)
Please note that all transactions will be carried out in GBP.
Customers Outside Mainland UK – You will also be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breaches by you of any such laws.
At the Boutique monitors prices on a regular basis. We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions or human error.
By placing an order, you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In the event that your item/s is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full as soon as possible.
Returns Policy & Guarantee
As a growing Independent Boutique, we handpick dresses and clothes we know are made with love and care. Our aim is to give you the best quality, service and products, so if you are dissatisfied with any of our products we would like you to treat them with care when you return them.
Some items are non returnable, please check the labels carefully. All Sale Items are non returnable.
We do accept returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery of your order. However, you must notify us within 48 hours if it is your intention to return an item. Returned items must be in a saleable condition* with labels.
Regrettably we cannot offer a free returns service and therefore would ask that you return your item using a method which is Royal Mail and signed for. Please note that we do not take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
We email you an invoice and simply request that you drop us a note in your returns parcel to specify the reason for your return. We will be in touch with you on receipt of your return.*
Please Note – Where refunds are issued because you have changed your mind, any charges incurred by At the Boutique will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that ALL agreed refunds will be paid using the same method that the original purchase was made.
We are not responsible for and will not refund any fees or charges imposed by your bank, building society, or credit card company for processing any transaction or refund in relation to your order.
*We reserve the right to reduce or retain part of your refund if it is deemed that:-
- You exceed the 14 day returns period deliberately.
- Deliberate damage has occurred.
- The product has been worn and is soiled by a substance such as food/deodorant/makeup/sweat or dog hair.
- We wholly have discretion on an individual basis if we believe the return item is not resalable.
- Charges incurred for admin, and payment transactions will be deducted.
